I never wish to have anything to do with Spark again ! Their customer service is abysmal, most of the reps, can't speak decent English and after hours you get re-directed to another country.
I have encountered over one month without internet, intermittent internet, interminable waits for customer service,going into the hours.

Without my tenacity,most would have given up.

Pros

I got a bit of a refund, other than than that no, Lightbox is useless.

OK for basic web browsing, email checking, etc.

Pros

Great value for money - unlimited adsl plan - for very normal internet use

Cons

Horrible speeds, high ping 400-999+ especially afternoons and evenings, not for downloading/uploading large files, playing online games or watching 4k on Yuotube, Netflix, etc.

Cheap for low end user, 40Gb for $40, even 100Gb is $52, no contract
