Terms and Conditions
New Customers: A new customer is defined as any individual who is not an existing registered MyRepublic residential broadband customer at the time of subscribing to their selected Eligible Plan.
Delivery of gift vouchers: New customers will receive an email with a one-time use Playtech gift voucher code of the stipulated value (based on their selected Eligible Plan) after their Eligible Plan has been activated by MyRepublic and MyRepublic has received payment
in full for the first month’s invoice. The Playtech gift voucher code will be sent to the email address provided by the new customer at the time of their subscription (unless an alternate email address is provided by the new customer).
Expiry: All Playtech gift voucher codes will expire three months from the date of issuance by email.
Redemption: New customers will need to set up a Playtech account in order to redeem the Playtech gift voucher and will need to insert the Playtech gift voucher code at the point of checkout. If the selected product(s) are of a higher value than the Playtech gift voucher value, then the new customer is responsible for any top-up payment. If the selected products(s) are of a lower value than the Playtech gift voucher value, then the new customer will forfeit any unused value of the Playtech gift voucher. Redemption of Playtech gift vouchers is subject to Playtech’s terms and conditions.
Non-transferable etc: Playtech gift vouchers can only be used online, are not transferable or refundable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or gift vouchers.
ETCs: If your Eligible Plan is terminated within your 12-month minimum service term, an Early Termination Fee(ETF) of up to $240.00 will apply.
MyRepublic terms: These Promotional Terms and Conditions apply in addition to MyRepublic’s General Terms & Conditions and Residential Broadband Terms & Conditions, and the Local Fibre Company (LFC) End User Terms.
