We have been using 2 degrees from last 5 years for mobile network and broadband. But now when we have shifted to a new house and due to some reason we changed to a different broadband provider, 2 degrees is overcharging us. We rang 2 degrees for their help when we couldnt connect to the internet for our remaining plan days, they sent their technician and problem was found in their modem. After a few days they told us that we had to pay $115 as the technician fee. They did not
